G9 CEOs unanimously commit to preparing and lodging a winning bid
The G9 confirms that the G9 CEOs met today to discuss the Government’s National Broadband Network Request for Proposal process.
The G9 CEOs unanimously reaffirmed the G9’s strong commitment to preparing and lodging a winning bid.
The G9 CEOs confirmed the G9’s position that:
- the NBN must be operated under a structurally separated model, regardless of which party wins the RFP Process
- there must be appropriate competitive safeguards approved by the ACCC including in relation to price setting, regardless of which party wins the RFP Process
- All bidders must urgently be provided with the required information concerning the Telstra network.
